Founded in Dallas, IRAS works across music, live experience, audience and culture with a focus on distinctive artists, intentional work and long-term creative value.

IRAS was founded by Matt Winn in 2013 after years of seeing what independent artists needed and did not have: structure, development, standards and a real creative home.

What began through releases, shows, interviews and workshops became a company shaped by direct work inside the Dallas music scene and a belief that independent artists deserve serious infrastructure around their work.
