Built From the Scene
IRAS was founded by Matt Winn in Dallas in 2013 from a real need: independent artists needed structure, development, standards and a creative home.
What began through releases, shows, interviews and workshops grew through years of direct work inside Dallas music. IRAS was built through scene-building, artist support, cultural instinct and the belief that distinctive independent artists deserve serious structure around their work.
